Such a difference We sold our house on August 27, 2010, and left Gleannloch after 10 years.
I will always recommended Susan Matson to friends, I didn’t know that a Realtor could make such an impact for sales. We had a very bad experience last time so I was more careful this time choosing a right realtor. Susan is a meticulous, multitasking (did other’s job), and always available, not even one day went by without news from her. We exchanged hundreds of e-mails and text messages… she even canceled her birthday weekend trip because the buyers changed the closing date. I was so impressed when she told me; "I’ll not go anywhere until you get your funds". If you need a realtor, just give me a call for a reference, Susan is a real perfectionist!

Unprepared Realtor
"Throughout the process I feel that the BUYERS realtor was slow and did not do her homework as well as she should have done ... did not ask the questions that she needed to understand the situation, and left OUR realtor having to do much of the work that should have been done by the Buyers agent. August 30, 2009 She's more than a RealtorI recently bought a house in GleannLoch Farms that Susan had listed. We had intended on closing a month before the birth of our twins (our first kids) so we could get moved into the house and settle before they were born. However, as is often the case, the kids decided to come a month early so we found ourselves trying to coordinate closing, arrange the move, and handle all of the other items we needed to do while adjusting to the new responsibilities of parents. Susan made it easy (well.....the house part anyway). We had been looking in the neighborhood for some time and had really been frustrated with the other agents we encountered while looking in the neighborhood.....that is......until we met Susan. It was a breath of fresh air to find someone who combined a high degree of knowledge about the area with an uncanny enthusiasm. She was extremely helpful in pointing out all of the benefits of the neighborhood which ultimately sold us on moving into it. As a commercial real estate broker, we tend to do handle the process differently and can often times make residential transactions more difficult unintentionally. She always acted with the highest level of ethical, and professional standards and took the time to explain the reasons why certain requests that I made could not be met. More importantly, she did this in a respectful manner which, I believe, helped save the deal for her client. The way in which she represented her client's interest was far superior to other agents that we encountered in the neighborhood. While my license allows me to receive a commission on real estate transactions, the money would be better spent on an expert like Susan. I made the choice to represent myself this time around but wont make that mistake again. She never gave up.... One many occasions, Susan researched property that a home we were interested in adjoined. She researched tax information and the uses of adjoining property. RELOCATION "If you are planning to put your house on the market, Al and I highly recommend Susan Matson. She is the hardest working and most thorough agent we have used.
